Our Purpose

In the decade that I've been an rookie entrepreneur, through both failures and victories, I've discovered something very important about who I am. Even though I consider myself to be a team player, I value having creative flexibility and control when it comes to creating my products. This choice is a result of both good and bad experiences, particularly when working with other founders. I've learned from these experiences that disputes over operating techniques that are both creative and economical are frequent.
Nevertheless, I strongly maintain that creating an exceptional product necessitates a capable team. But, I do not believe that assembling numerous co-founders is a prerequisite for this achievement. It is possible to accomplish this goal by identifying and recruiting talented individuals.
Creating a Team
Many Project founders starting businesses with friends and getting into arguments is a common cause of project failures. My preference is to add talented people to the team in order to avoid this trap. This strategy guarantees a more peaceful and productive workplace by emphasizing talent over friendship.
Avoid Disagreements
I am dedicated to pursuing my clear vision without getting sidetracked by disagreements among co-founders. My ultimate accountability is to the shareholders and investors. Therefore, rather than working as fixed partners, I want to cooperate with skilled team members as employees who have a stake in the project.
Team Structure
I see my partners more as advisors, drawing on their knowledge in fields other than mine. "If you're the smartest person in the room, you're in the wrong room," is one of my favorite proverbs, and it really speaks to me. I really enjoy dealing with people that have greater expertise or are specialists in particular fields. I firmly believe in the value of "intellectual theft," a notion I picked up during my apprenticeship that suggests a strong mind is built on learning from others.
Cultural Aspects
My attitude to problem-solving and work ethic are greatly influenced by my German heritage. Working with people from different cultural backgrounds can provide obstacles at times, but I see this as a strength rather than a weakness. It gives our efforts more discipline and a distinct viewpoint.
Decentralized Leadership
I see the value of having control mechanisms and a support system as a leader. I find the decentralized work paradigm quite appealing in this context. It provides a number of checks and balances, including a corporate structure supported by shareholders or investors. This keeps me free to lead as I see fit and guarantees that, as a founder, my vision is shared by investors and platform users alike.
Beyond the Title of CEO
'CEO' is a conventional phrase that I would prefer to avoid in today's environment where titles are often used to support ego and prestige. Rather, I more strongly relate to the positions of Product Owner and Founder. Serving our shareholders and customers comes before being a title bearer. My duty is to communicate my vision and develop a product that fulfills our objectives, which in this case are to educate and introduce the future generation to technology and finance using AI and outstanding UX/UI as a guide.
A cautious approach to first funding
My initial investment round strategy was conservative due to this same concept. I think it's important to show how valuable our job is first. Our plan is to iteratively refine our product until it reaches its ideal state, building on our Proof of Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP). By taking a methodical approach, we can make sure that we surpass the expectations of our stakeholders and set the stage for a time in the future when PonyoAI is known for innovation and superiority in DeFi and AI.
Core Team
Currently, we have four members of our core team, all of whom I consider to be excellent advisors in their respective fields:
- Expert in Crypto Trading: With a focus on small-cap cryptocurrencies, this individual is not only knowledgeable about cryptocurrency but also has a full-time passion for it.
- Expert in marketing: Bringing in-depth understanding and creative approaches to strengthen our reputation and reach.
- Two advisors on technical matters: By offering priceless insights into the technical workings of our platform, these specialists help us stay on the cutting edge.
Expansion Goals
Our goal is to grow this group by asking additional gifted people and advisors to become members of our board. The goal of this expansion is to broaden our team's skill set and viewpoints, which will enhance our ability to innovate and perform well

We lay the foundation for an entrepreneurial attitude with our open protocol. New use cases and sub-modules can be independently developed by developers and integrated into our main product. They can make a meaningful contribution and profit financially from this system, which supports both open-source and decentralization.
